Now you and your family can join Cap'n Jimmy on his 24-foot Carolina Skiff, the Sweet Polly. Well-appointed and comfortably accomodating six passengers, it will take you on excursions into the heart of Edisto's waterways.

Take in sights and sounds seldom experienced by casual visitors. Come aboard and trawl for shrimp. Bring up sand dollars, starfish, blue crabs, and discover mysteries of the sea. Pull up your own crab pot, or grab a rod and reel (provided) and fish from under the cool, shady canopy. Comb wild beaches, and at ebb tide, step onto the hidden sand bars, revealed for only a few hours each day.

Investigate the local fauna, including the majestic bald eagle, osprey, great blue heron, egret, cormorant, dolphin, hammerhead shark, river otter, and the protected loggerhead turtle, with the provided binoculars.
